For us this year, Christmas was quiet and pretty simple.
We spent it at Megans sisters place, where I made the Christmas Dinner, after spending the Christmas Eve there watching Muppets Christmas Carol.
I made fresh cranberry sauce, which was basically cranberries cooked in port with sugar, I am not a fan but everyone else is, and they seemed to enjoy it, better than shop bought.
I then cooked the rest of the dinner, starting with honey glazed red cabbage cooked in red wine, normally I would add sultanas, but no one fancied them. I also did sprouts fried up with some chestnuts and bacon, and a bit of nutmeg
So yeah, Christmas was pretty good, and the rest of the week was fine, other than my being unwell for most of it, which meant I missed new years eve board games.
My Board Game Geek Secret Santa was very kind and got me
We lost our beloved Smokie, he was only with us three months, but that little spicy bean made quite the impression on us.
After Fireworks Night, the stress of all the noises triggered herpes, which 80% of all cats have, it normally lies dormant unless they get very ill or feel a lot of stress.
Unfortunately what we learned was that he suffered from a nasty auto immune disorder which meant that to deal with the herpes, his white blood cells were attacking his entire body.
It quickly destroyed his eyes, leaving him blind and then decimated his red blood cell count. The vets tried their hardest to save him, we cannot fault him.
We had intended to visit my mum the weekend he died, but we decided to stay with him, and I glad we did, he had a nice last day, lots of cuddles, he ate tuna from my stottie, pretty much half of it, and then after a nice meal and some milk, he sat down and, well he let us know it was time.
We drove him round and they agreed that despite all the medication and treatment, there was noting else they could do and the best decision was to let him go.
It was very peaceful, but as you can guess, it was also very painful, the little dude was such a beautiful and wilful boy and he was really starting to come round to us.
We are going to miss him very much and I won’t lie, its left us all feeling pretty crap.
Other Stuff
A few other things happened over the weeks, but I am gonna expand on them later on, I mangled to get a racing wheel for my PC/Xbox which was cool but for the most part its been pretty quiet, we have all just been very sad
I did get my BoardGameGeek Secret Santa delivered, which was the wonderful San Juan, a secondhand copy but that’s cool, Wingspan European Expansion and Ticket to Ride France/Old West.
The Battleground show in Middlesbrough last weekend was great, they hosted us playing a big game of Horus Heresy with many many points aside, the Loyalists had four of my Knights and my Warhound Titan, the Traitors had a fair few Super Heavy tanks and a few knights too
I started off with a pair of Domicile Shells from Stormbringer, these are going to be sorted out in the next few weeks with my current AoS terrain to give me two boxes of terrain, one for the Friday Night Wargames club, and one for my house
After that I painted this pair of Carnodons armed with all Volkite for my Solar Auxilia army, getting close to having everything for Heresy Camp done, vehicle wise.
I also had to do a repair job on this Iron Warriors breacher, in the studio refurb he managed to lose his Bolter and Backpack, so I printed off replacements for him, think I need to do more with this army at some point
Played with my Imperial Fists with some allied Solar Auxiilia against his Word Bearers and it was a close game, came down to the last turn in which if I had killed just three more tactical marines I would have won by 2VP, but alas I lost by 1VP.
I also played a game against Graham at Durham Raiders, and well hell froze over and I beat him 11-8, to be fair my list was a bit tasty and the destruction of his Kytan took out a whole unit of Ursurax, which helped me no end!
And due to the issues with Smokey, and the need to pay his vet bills, I am no longer going to upgrade my PC to AM5, and instead have returned the B650 board and will be ordering a 5700X3D once the refund comes through, but in the meantime, I have bought some Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut in preparation.
No need for any more issues until Issue 20 when I plan to get hopefully a couple of the Chaplain on a Bike, one for the Dark Angels and one for the Blood Angels.
It was Humble Choice week, and this month it bagged me
Since I moved to Hartlepool, my options to buy paints have changed a lot.
In Chester-le-Street I was able to get to a ton of shops that carried the entire Citadel paint range, so it made sense to just continue using that range because if I ran out, I could nip into town, hit Boyes, the North East Model Centre or Warhammer to grab whatever colour I needed.
But in Hartlepool, well these are not really an option, I love my FLGS, Games-At-Hart, but they havenโt got the space to stock the full Citadel paint range, and the Middlesbrough store also doesnโt store the full range either.
So regardless of anything, I have to order some paints in, so I figured, why not try some other ranges, and since I renovated the studio and changed the paint storage, I have less room for Citadel pots.
The two main ranges I have been trying are The Army Painter Fanatic and Two Thin Coats.
Itโs been a few months and I think my feelings have solidified on the new paints, and I have a real preference for The Army Painter Fanatic range.
Itโs highly pigmented, smooth and just flows so nicely off the palette, itโs simply some of the best paints I have ever used. The older War Paints range, was to be frank some of the worst paints on the market, watery, poorly pigmented and just not enjoyable to paint with.
The Fanatic range is a total 360, the have done from making the paints I dislike using the most, to the paints that I prefer over all others.
I also tried a Speedpaint, and I am not entirely as happy with these, the 2.0 range has resolved the serious reactivation issues, but the way it flows is just not my favourite, and I actually prefer my washes and Speedpaints/Contrasts in a pot, I find them easier to manage that way.
I want to try the metallic Speedpaints, so I plan to order one at some point in the next couple of months to try it out.
Two Thin Coats are nice, I have mostly used them for metallics, but these whilst actually they are significantly more expensive for smaller pots.
But the range has a bunch of colours that simply arenโt covered by The Army Painter, so I can see Spartan Bronze being a permanent part of my supplies.
The one area where I have found The Army Painter lacking is their reds, I will be honest, they are lacking significant colours that other ranges have, and they lack vibrancy, so I am probably sticking with Citadel for these for now.
The Effects Paints I have tried have been fantastic, the two blood paints are just top tier, Dry Blood has particles in it, to replicate the effect of congealed blood, and the two rust paints are great together, but I have found that when combining with Ryza Rust and Typhus Corrosion, you can cover all kinds of rusty effects.
I have also got a couple of samples of TT Combat paints, but the colours I have, Supernova Chrome and Tech Ceramic, I haven’t had much opportunity to try out.
So yeah, a lot of the paints I use frequently are moving over to Fanatic, with some Two Thin Coats, but Citadel is strill going to be a large part of the collection as there are colour they do, that I simply prefer, especially the Shades and Contrasts.
Music Library
I am have started the process of getting mine, Lindsay’s and Megan’s music collection moved over to the media server in a more organised and ordered way, starting with some of the better albums we have, kind of the top 150 is being transferred right now.
I am taking the opportunity to get the files properly ordered and named properly and where needed, sorting out better quality files, because the digital collection we have, is very very old dating back to 1998 in some cases, and never really changed since the days it was ripped.
Its going to take a while to transfer it over, and I think I might need to replace the music drive, which is currently 1TB, so keeping an eye out for a decently priced larger one.
The most recent ten albums transfers were:-
Artic Monkeys – AM
Rihanna – Anti
The Cure – Disintegration
D’Angelo – Voodoo
2Pac – All Eyez On Me
Erykah Badu – Baduizm
The Velvet Underground – The Velvet Underground & Nico
Sade – Love Deluxe
The Jimi Hendrix Experience – Are You Experienced
The Strokes – Is This It
Currently I am transferring over the Oasis discography because it was all in one random folder and easy to fix due to all being ripped at once.
What I Am Modelling
Started off with a Dankhold Troggoth for the Gloomspite Gitz, a nice lovely big model that acted as a nice pallet cleanser after all those Ultramarines
This week I have been rather unwell with a nasty tummy bug that has really triggered my IBS and I have struggled to read, so not picked up the Kindle.
I did however finish Hand of Abaddon by Nick Kyme, which thankfully actually moved on the plot a bit more than recent books in the series have done, and the Kharadron were really cool in their Black Library debut.
I then listened to The Last by Gary Hopkins, and to be honest, it was a bit of a mess and I am not sure what the plan was here, it was dark, bleak and depressing, but it didn’t hold my attention.
There was a good concept in it, but that was basically ignored in favour of a more metaphysical storyline.
What Video Games I Am Playing
On Monday, myself, Chris and Graham played some Hell Let Loose which Chris streamed.
After a few weeks in which I really haven’t been doing terribly well, a mixture of illness, the black dog and fatigue, I am really trying to get back into the swing of life, and actually do some stuff.
So lets try to get stuff done and not simply be depressed and sleep my life away!
Heresy Camp
Some cool lads led by Scottish Graham are running a Heresy Camp next May, and this is the list I am think of taking, bringing the Ultramarines out of Storage, and using some Legiones Auxilia.
XIII: Ultramarines
+ Rite of War: +
Rite of War: The Logos Lectora (UM)
+ HQ: +
Centurion . Master of Signals: Artificer Armour . . Bolt Pistol . . Chainsword: Chainsword . Master of Signals
Originally I was gonna play it on the Steam Deck, but it only had a Silver rating on there from ProtonDB, and apparently the PS5 version has Spider-Man and the Steam version doesnโt, so yeah, no brainer
I picked up the disc for ยฃ5 when the live service side shit down a while back
What I Am Creating
The second Combat Patrol Magazine Battle Report got published, and it included the debut of my new intro video!
What I Am Spending
I got issue 3 of Combat Patrol to add a squad of Infernus Marines to the Dark Angels
At the minute my servers files are all over the place, we have 13TB of space but the files are spread out randomly with some films and TV series on each drive, audio books split into 3 folders, 8 different book folders and documentaries and kids stuff spread out all over the shop!
So we are struggling with managing whatโs where, and thus, we decided to expand with another 4TB of space, by adding this drive from Amazon to it
So right now I have all the films transferring into this, which should mostly fill it, the last folder is currently transferring and will need a little over 20 hours to complete the move!
Then all TV Series will be moved to the 6TB drive, and other stuff, like documentaries, kids, concerts, standup, anime etc, will move on to the original 4TB drive.
Music has already been transferred to its own dedicated 1TB drive which itโs nowhere near filling as I have still transferred barely anything of our music collection over!
That will leave a 2TB drive, which is going to store things like books, comics for which I intend to install Kavita in an attempt to do for books what AudioBookShelf is doing for audio books.
So to summarise what we have right now is
4TB HDD – Movies
6TB HDD & 1TB HDD – TV Series
1TB HDD – Music
4TB HDD – Other Media (Anime/Audiobooks/Documentaries/Kids etc)
2TB – Books/Comics
The last stuff being transferred is the final TV Series stuff from the original 4TB HDD to the 6TB HDD
The process is allowing me to do some long overdue data hygiene as well!
Long term a dedicated device for the server will happen, with bigger hard drives running in RAID and offering NAS functions, but thatโs gonna happen after I decide what to do about upgrading my PC next.
I am torn between replacing the mobo, CPU and RAM and moving to an AM5 CPU, or upgrading either the GPU to a 4070 Super or perhaps even just the CPU to a 5800X3D, just got to figure out whatโs gonna give the best result for my meagre ยฃs
What I Am Modelling
I started with an Aleguzzler Gargant for the Gloomspite Gitz.
Lindsay and Megan wanted a better way to use Apple Fitness +, so we got an old and cheap, Apple TV HD, in cosmetically bad condition (but works great) from CEX
Gamergate was an utter debacle; it was horrific, disgusting, and merely an excuse to abuse and harass women and minorities in the gaming industry.
It was never about ethics in gaming journalism. If you believe it was, you’re seriously mistaken and need to reconsider, basically take several seats.
At its core, it was a jilted ex-boyfriend’s revenge plot that spiralled out of control.
Following events like Race Fail and the Sad/Rabid Puppies controversies, it was a dreadful time for enthusiasts like me. All my passions, including gaming, sci-fi, and fantasy literature, felt under attack by far-right zealots.
It took me years to regain my enthusiasm for gaming as my love for it waned alongside my interest in literature.
Now, there are opportunists attempting to ignite a new Gamergate to make themselves relevant again or simply to stir up anger for profit. I refuse to let this happen again.
Take Mark Kern, for example, a once-prominent figure now irrelevant since being ousted from his company in 2013 due to his egregious behaviour.
And it’s disheartening to see creators I once admired, like Lady Decade, getting involved, which really stings.
Yet they persist, desperately seeking to spark a new “scandal”. Their efforts with Sweet Baby, who actually advised for widely praised changes in games, have failed.
Theyโve targeted Stellar Blade, lauding it as “Game of the Year” material solely for its characters tits and arse and ‘jiggle physics’, blatantly ignoring the story and gameplay, they never mention that at all, so I have no idea if the game is actually any good.
Now, they’re criticising a tabletop RPG adaptation of Tomb Raider because it focuses on uncovering historical truths rather than grave-robbing. Clearly, they’ve never engaged with the Survivor Trilogy, which explores similar themes.
Furthermore, thereโs constant griping about the portrayal of women in games, claiming they all should look like porn stars with heavy makeup.
Take Aloy, for example; they call her ugly when in fact, she’s stunning and lives in a post-apocalyptic world devoid of beauty salons. And Mary Jane in Spider-Man is portrayed beautifully in a realistic way.
So, if you see me confronting these chuds, know that I’m not backing down this time. This is my hobby, and these ignoramuses need to understand it’s not just a space for cis-het white men!
What I Am Modelling
Started the week with some Tyranids, specifically the Neurolictor
The Boarding Actions Terrain was finished up as well. This stuff is going to be used for my Zone Mortalis table mostly, the idea being itโs going to be the neglected and horrible service corridors of my hive
I still want to add the marketplace stuff, a gang stronghold and some promethium containers, perhaps another set of shipping containers, but for now, I am quite happy with this!
And these Dark Angels Aggressors were finished as well!
https://www.instagram.com/p/C6C9y6qI-dA
So whatโs next?
Sisters Repentia x 4
Hobgrot Slittaz x 10
Drycha Hamadreth
Sneaky Snufflers x 12
Lasrifle Section c 20
Arco-Flaggents
Dark Angels Intercessors x 10
Space Wolves Infiltrators x 10 and Battle Leader in Phobos Armour
Paychophage
Mega Boss on a Maw-Krusha
What I Am Reading To
I listened to Mort by Terry Pratchett my first of the new Discworld audiobooks, a real classic story and a hell of an update with a stellar cast!
I weirdly find it far easier to listen to the Discworld books than read them, dunno what it is, but the structure just seems to work better in audio, for myself that is!
And that was a game in which we both thought I would be tabled by turn 3, but I managed to keep it going and survived the whole game, still a major loss!
Think I am gonna win the leagues wooden spoon!!!
What Video Games I Am Playing
Not much this week, Megan is anxiously waiting on something so I have leant them my Steam Deck to help distract them, they are mostly using it to play Disney Dreamlight Valley, on my Xbox profile I might add!
But back in the day, Space Marines were the default starter army, S4, T4 and hitting on 3s with a 3+ armour save, they were decently tough, and didn’t need a lot to make them work well.
Plus they were really easy to paint and make your own.
But these days, they are not a good starter set, they have a bloated list that half the time makes little sense.
Here is the thing, how would you recommend starting a Space Marine army, its always been to recommend the Battleforce/Start Collecting/Combat patrol as they always included a Troops/Battleline, that you could build your army around.
But today, the Combat Patrol doesn’t contain a Battleline unit, the Infernus Marines aren’t one, and its a pretty elite force, simply not one that its easy to build an army around.
And even then, look at what is available, its so many units that its hard to actually look at the list as a beginner and figure out how to start an army.
A kid I know who wants to play Ultramarines was genuinely confused, because, they simply couldn’t figure out how to build an army, what they absolutely needed and how to synergise the army.
Look I am not saying Space Marines are now crap, its just really difficult to build a list as a beginner, and there is no starter box that represents the army as the very basic units which can form a decent core.
How would I fix it, well I would love to see a Combat Patrol with Intercessors at its core, the ETB Redemptor Dreadnought, and a Lieutenant.
Heck, why not release the sprue from Dark Imperium which had the Intercessors, Ancient, and two Lieutenants, then throw in an ETB kit, perhaps the Invader ATV, or as I suggested the ETB Redemptor Dreadnought.
Here is the crack, I ended up recommending the Dark Angels Combat Patrol, or the Blood Angels Combat Patrol, as these have generic units, one of which is an Intercessor Squad, a HQ and a couple of other interesting units. Actually, if you can, get both, they synergise well together, and just sell the upgrade sprues!
What I Am Modelling
I started the week by painting a unit of 10 Gutrippas for my Orruk Warclans
Followed by Snazzgar Stinkmullett the Fungoid Cave Shaman for the Gloomspite Gitz, which means I have now painted all four of the Harbingers of the Malign Portents!
I started to listed to The Talon of Horus by Aaron Dembski-Bowden, itโs a book I have started a couple of times, but never gotten past the first 30 minutes cause I get disturbed then forget about it.
I was horribly ill on Sunday, so played through Portal on my Steam Deck for the first time since 2007, I want to play Portal RTX but my 3070 struggles with it!
We needed a KVM for the studio to allow easy switching between the media server and Lindsay’s laptop. This Ugreen one was on special offer on Amazon, so we grabbed it and it does what we need.
This will be a short one, I am in London spending the weekend showing people how to play Shatterpoint and Legion.
We woke on Monday to find the leader of His Majesty’s Loyal Opposition outside, which was weird!
But my sleep has been all over the shop so I expect this weekend to be difficult.
Some Studio Remodel Plans
Ok the controller holders look pants, mostly cause I put them up so badly, so they are gonna come down next month and I am replacing them with some pegboards from IKEA so the controllers can be mounted and look great.
At the moment the controllers I want displayed are:-
PC Engine
Stadia
CD32
GameCube
Xbox 360 (Gonna replace this with a Xenon when that comes out in the summer)
Switch Pro
SNES
NES
Wavebird
Xbox Duke
Saturn
Tribute 64
Neo Geo CD
Dualshock 3
PlayStation Controller
Mega Drive
Mega Drive 6 Button
Steam Controller
Xbox Core
DualSense
Plus I think I have found a cheap NVIDIA Shield Controller, and I hope to have this in my hands by late next week, meaning all I want beyond that is a Luna controller. Actually I am not sure on that, it looks cool, but it doesn’t seem to have even the same interestingness as the Stadia controller.
I’d also like to display one of my SN30 as well if I can, that’s currently away in a drawer, its place having been taken by the Steam Controller.
I am thinking of getting two black Skรขdis boards and mounting them one on top of the other above my desk, which should get me enough space to store the controllers, and hopefully eventually my Switch JoyCons and Wiimotes.
Plus I am gonna get a nice braided pair of USB A-C and USB A-Micro B cables to hang up there for use with the controllers when I want to use normally wireless controllers (I prefer to use controllers in wired mode for the lowest latency possible)
I am going to mount a RGB strip around the border of the whole thing to make it really gamery!
That said, its more expensive, but there are the Uppspel boards which whilst ยฃ10 more expensive, do look quite a bit cooler with that ROG branding. Either way the Uppsepel accessory kits will be getting used for some stuff as they are compatible with the Skรขdis boards, and the magnetic strip would absolutely have some uses.
Thinking the straps might be a good way to store/display the Steam Deck when I get it.
Also I am hoping my Govee prize will come soon which could add some more coolness.
And finally, I am considering a clock, I know I have one on the PC, but I think I want a physical one, oh and a couple more fake plants.
What I Am Modelling
I started out by painting the second Firestrike Servo Turret for the Space Wolves.
So what will be up to paint once I am, back from London!
Ultramarines Assault Intercessors x 10
Man-Skewer Bolt-Boyz x 6
Necron Triarch Stalkers x 3 & Triarch Praetorians x 5
Kairic Acolytes x 18
Drukhari Helions x 10
Imagifier
The Guild x 8
Ultramarines Repulsor
Hedkrakka’s Madmob
Skaven Deathrunners x 2
What I Am Reading
I finished Echoes of Eternity as an audiobook, and yeah, what a story, really blows my mind away!
I listened to The Eye of the Scorpion by Iain McLaughlin, which was fairly good, would have been great if it had been made into a TV serial, but alas. Anyway that brought me 2 years into the Monthly Adventures series!
I then listened to Colditz by Steve Lyons, which as well as being an interesting story of growth for Ace, is also the Doctor Who debut of David Tennant, in a villainous role, which in my opinion is just as insidious as his portrayal of The Purple Man!
Then I moved on to Primeval by Lance Parkin, a bit of a sequel/prequel to the first Nyssa story, The Keeper of Traken. Very good story and I loved how it expanded on that story and established a deeper understanding of the culture and history of Traken.
I finally finished processing my Big Finish Doctor Who audio stuff on to the audio book server, and oh wow that was a slog that has taken over six months to get sorted!
Mind you its a complete collection dating back 25 years, so yeah its a lot of stuff to sort out, would be easier if the software could scrape data from Big Finish, but sadly it can’t so I have to enter the data in manually!
What Video Games I Am Playing
Played a bit more of The Witcher 3, have transitioned to using the Steam Controller, just to really give it a go.
But alas the game still has major crashing issues, and I get maybe an hour and then it crashes to the desktop ๐
I tried to play Control on stream on Tuesday night only for OBS to keep crashing so I gave up, edited what videos I had together, and then uploaded them.
I have now transferred the gameplay videos for Horizon Zero Dawn over to the Big Geordie Geek Plays channel, so you can find them there, if you want mind-numbingly bad game play videos!
What I Am Spending
I bought Vampire Survivors, it looked alright for a few quid and well, it did win the BAFTA, the bundle I got also came with its expansion, Legacy of the Moonspell.
And cause it was super cheap, and I really fancy playing it again after having last done so on the Sega Saturn, I bought Resident Evil HD which came with Resident Evil 0 HD.
My Humble Choice also came out this week for April, and that got me:-
The final game was a big 3500 point list and for that I took my 2k list replacing the Champion with Fafnir Rann, and adding a Warhound Scout Titan and a few other bits!
I played Damianโs World Eaters in game one, and my lack of weapons that could intercept was a flaw that allowed a Leviathan to drop down and kill my Kratos.
The Contemptors were a bugger to deal with, but I managed to take them out, but at the end of the game I just had 5 Templar Brethren and a Champion plus Apothecary left!
I played against Jacobs Sons of Horus, and the addition of a pair of Sicarans, and a Warhound Titan really changed things up for me!
The Sicaran is, if I am honest, a bit more effective than the Kratos, but the Kratos actually did get to shine a bit here, until it was taken out by a Terminator!
Sadly however, my bane was a pair of Leviathan Siege Dreadnoughts which over 4 or 5 rounds of combat took out my Warhound, but it was only able to do 6 wounds in response, I just couldnโt hurt them.
In the end I won, destroying everything in the table apart from the Leviathans and a couple of straggling Veterans.
My Thoughts On The Event
Pretty good event, the tables terrain was nice, especially the last games.
A few teething issues, particularly around general admin at the end, but show me an event that doesnโt deal with that, and as an EO myself I thought they did really well.
If they run anymore Heresy events, I will be returning for them, really really fun day!
Imperium Expansion
We have known for quite a while now that Warhammer 40,000 Imperium was being extended by 10 issues, and I thought, why not mention what I think about the contents!
Issues 81 – 83
The Sisters get a hell of an expansion with the Paragon Warsuits, spread over three issues, costing ยฃ8.99, that means you get them for ยฃ26.97, saving nearly ยฃ20 off the RRP!
These are great looking models and I have ordered an additional two of each issue!
Issue 84
A Skitarii Marshall, seems a bit of a let down when compared to the stuff the other factions are getting, yeah itโs a lovely model, but still, would have preferred something else, but to be fair, the Mechanicus range isnโt easy to grab something from for this.
Issue 85
The Hexmark Destroyer is one of the best looking models in the Necron range, ok, a bit pants in game, who cares when it looks like that!
I already have one, but I donโt mind having another!
Issue 86 – 88
The Space Marines get the full multipart Redemptor Dreadnought, which is a great kit and pretty cool to have in here.
Personally I would have preferred the Invictor Tactical Warsuit, but thatโs down to my personal collection!
Issue 89
Inquisitor Draxus is a cool looking model, but we subscribers already got an Inquisitor in the form of Katarina Greyfax, so this whilst cool, wasnโt the greatest choice, personally I would have replaced this and the Skitarii Marshall with a two part AdMech kit.
Still great model and I canโt wait to paint her to join the rest of my Inquisitorial forces!
Issue 90
Not only does Illuminator Szeras represent great value, but also, is a wonderful and beautiful model for your collection!
Really over the moon we are getting this amazing character
In Conclusion
We are getting some really nice models, for my personal collection, a couple donโt make sense, but hey, itโs not all about me.
The only thing that I am currently wondering, is where to put the Redemptor Dreadnought.
Not sure any of my Space Marine armies need another one, but itโs likely going with the Ultramarines.
What I Am Modelling
Started off urgently beavering away to finish the bits for the Imperial Fists for the event by painting first up a pair of Sicaran Battle Tanks.
I then rebased an old Reiver Squad for my Space Wolves, originally built for Kill Team in the last edition, but on a different basing scheme, when I convinced myself that my Wolves wouldnโt have any Primarise stuff!
Anyway, they now join the Infiltrators, Redemptor Dreadnought, Ragnar, Aggressors and Repulsor that currently comprise the Wolves Primaris forces, and I have more on the way at some point!
Then, the last Tomb Blade was finished for the Necrons!
Been trying to play The Witcher 3, but the latest update has caused an issue with random crashes, so I may have to abandon the game for a bit until thatโs fixed.
